Step-by-Step Procedure
Install Durga idol on Pratipadha. Perform daily Shodashopchar puja (16-step worship). Read Devi Mahatmya (Durga Saptashati). On Ashtami perform Kanya Puja (worship of young girls as Devi). On Navami perform Navami havan. On Dashami perform Visarjan (immersion).
