Procedure
Wake early, bathe, and observe fast. Worship Shiva with milk, bilva leaves, and flowers in the morning. Recite Shiva Chalisa or Om Namah Shivaya 108 times. Visit Shiva temple if possible. Break fast in the evening after Shiva puja.
