Vishnu & Vaishnava — Vedic Puja Vidhi
Jagannath Puja
Jagannath Puja is the worship of Lord Jagannath, the all-pervading form of Vishnu enshrined at Puri, Odisha — one of the four sacred dhamas of India. Jagannath, meaning 'Lord of the Universe,' is worshipped alongside his siblings Balabhadra and Subhadra. The puja is notable for its democratic tradition — no caste distinctions are observed, and the cooked prasad (Mahaprasad) is considered supremely sacred. The famous Rath Yatra celebrates the deity's annual journey and draws millions worldwide.
