Vishnu & Vaishnava — Vedic Puja Vidhi
Hanuman Puja
Hanuman Puja is performed to seek blessings from Lord Hanuman — the devotee of Rama and the symbol of strength, courage, and unwavering devotion. Hanuman is worshipped on Tuesdays and Saturdays and during difficult planetary periods, especially Saturn's Sade Sati. The puja involves offering sindoor (vermillion), saffron, oil, and chanting Hanuman Chalisa and Bajrang Baan.
