Sacred Recitations — Vedic Puja Vidhi
Aditya Hridayam Path
Aditya Hridayam Path is the recitation of the Aditya Hridayam — a 31-verse hymn to the Sun God (Surya/Aditya) found in the Yuddha Kanda of Valmiki's Ramayan. The sage Agastya taught this hymn to Rama on the battlefield just before his final encounter with Ravana, energising him with solar power and the promise of victory. The text praises Surya as the source of all light, life, and cosmic order. It is one of the most powerful Surya stotras, recited for vitality, mental clarity, and success in difficult endeavours.
