Formation
Any planet other than the Moon occupies the 12th house from the Sun (i.e., the sign immediately preceding the Sun's sign). Most classical texts exclude Rahu and Ketu.
Effects
Vosi Yoga governs expenditure, losses, foreign travel, and spiritual inclinations, coloured by the occupying planet. A benefic here often channels spending toward charity, pilgrimages, or creative pursuits, and can indicate income from foreign or spiritual sources. A malefic may indicate uncontrolled expenditure or secret enemies but can also sharpen renunciation and occult ability.
Remedies
For difficult Vosi, maintain a disciplined budget and dedicate a portion of income to charity. Lighting a ghee lamp before the Sun daily reduces the shadow influence of the 12th-house planet.
